By the late summer of 2013 we decided it would be time to make an album. As the band began the first Mendocino club set that autumn there was a small but attentive audience. We played-as always-the best we could …
After the gig a guy, who had been listening closely, had a talk with us. He thanked for music and introduced himself as Jyri Lehtonen, the owner of a record company; then followed a suggestion of a recording deal for his label. Good timing!
So far so good! Southpaw Steel’n’Twang had the honor to release the first album on 27th March 2014!
